My wife and I have been living in The Rosewood for the last three years. Cosmos provides the best service if something is wrong with anything. We could not ask for better landlords.  The great thing about this building on top of everything else is that it has its own generator; therefore, we never have to worry about losing power.  Our Resident Manager Heather is great!  She is a very kind, caring, friendly, and great worker.  I must admire her for keeping the building very clean.  Some of our friends have been living at the Cosmos Properties for years, and they are very satisfied.  We would recommend to anyone this building or any property owned by this management.
